STOP SMOKING EASILY AND PERMANENTLY
Are you finding it hard to stop smoking?
Have you tried to give up but not succeeded?
Have you tried medical aids but they have not worked?
If your goal is to stop smoking for good you may need some help from a skilled hypnotherapist. Alix Needham has 20 years experience helping people to quit the habit.
A stop smoking session with Alix involves gathering information into your personal reasons for wanting to give up smoking. This is followed by a personally designed hypnotherapy session, created to match up with your needs in overcoming this habit.
Alix will help you deal with your psychological addiction and reinforce a new belief system. As a result you really do not want to smoke anymore. The process is relaxing and pleasant and letting go will be much easier than you can imagine.
In fact hypnotherapy is one of the most successful techniques to help you to stop smoking permanently.
TIPS TO HELP YOU GIVE UP SMOKING
Belief. Believe in yourself. Believe that you can quit. Realise that you have the resources and the determination to quit smoking.
Write down all the ways you know you will be better for having given up. (More money, smell fresher, less coughing.) Re read these benefits on a regular basis.
Family and Friends Make sure that you pre warn your family and friends that you are quitting and that you may be a little irritable. Make sure they are there to support you and not be judgemental.
Quit Date. Setting a quitting date will prepare your mind for the "first day of the rest of your healthy life". You might even hold a small celebration when you smoke you last cigarette.
Exercise. Exercise is incompatible with smoking. Exercise relieves stress and helps your body recover from years of damage from cigarettes. If you have not exercised for a while start slow with maybe a short walk once or twice per day.
Cut Back Slowly. Cut back on cigarettes gradually (if you cut back gradually, be sure to set a quit date on which you WILL quit). Ways to cut back gradually include: Plan how many cigarettes you will smoke each day until your quit date, making the number you smoke
smaller each day. You could even try giving your cigarettes to someone supportive so that you have to ask for them each time you want to smoke.
Team Up. Find another smoker who is trying to quit, and help each other with positive words and by lending an ear when quitting becomes difficult
Teeth Cleaning. Have your teeth professionally cleaned. Enjoy the way your teeth look and feel and plan to keep them that way.
Reward Yourself. You will now be saving money daily. Save up and once you have enough go and get yourself that long awaited treat.
Water. Drink lots of water. It will help flush the nicotine and other chemicals out of your body.
Weak Spots. Identify your weak spots. Where and when are you likely to smoke more? Identify these times and re-balance your social life accordingly.
